Charlesaf3 said:The put the receiver on the control was a brilliant idea, but didn't work so well I'm afraid. Ended up going back to the hold em in my hand approach. It was a good thought that was worth trying though.

Charlesaf3 said:I've had some problems with new control and receiver plates sticking together too tight. So he recommended teflon spray - I just bought some at Napa and sprayed all the plates, should make on an off easier.
Charlesaf3 said:That was my problem with your idea - carried the reciever plate over to the implement on the tractor, then hammered on it for 5 minutes to get it off...

I would suggest improvements to your website. I went to look at the video again ot refresh my memory on how great this thing is but there is no long a video on your website. Then a most critical piece of information that is missing is the weight. It seems to me like you need to work on a page like technical specifications or something similar. I need to know the weights of the products. In September and October I have 4 people coming to France fromt he USA. I was thinking I could have each of them bring a piece but I need to know the weights. The internet nowdays is your showroom to the world I will bet that virtually everyone checks out the manufacturers website before purchasing anything of value. I would urge you to invest more time in your website. A lack of information makes me not want to buy your good product. When spending my money trust me I want more information not less.

If I were you Robert, I'd call and find out if the Cat-2 would be able to hook up to a Cat-1 recevier. That way, as you said, the Cat-2 tractor would be able to use all of the implements and the smaller tractor would still be using the cat-1 implements.
I checked with the company and the cat 1 and cat 2 systems will not work with one another, gotta go with one or the other.
Curly and charles, I would love to hear what you think so far as I'm looking at getting a delta hook for my 5740. Thanks!
