Here is a web page to a photo I found of an International 1486 tractor with 4wd. I was wandering who made the conversion for these tractors. And where I could find info. on them. Just curious.

Your Link did not work for me. However IH made some 4WD tractors, not sure if that is one of them though.

I checked at tractortips and the 1486 was offered with MFWD as an option.

The most common was an Elwood unit made in Illinois. They built units going back to 806's and earlier and they also built some for Deere tractors I believe.

Yes, that is the link. I did not know that some of the old International's came from the factory with 4wd.
