You only need a 10ish GPM valve. If you read the fine print, the 13.2 GPM includes the flow that is only available to the steering system. Attachment/remote flow is about 10GPM.
In my case, the tractor does not have a loader and I was adding a 2 spool joystick valve to control a front mount snowblower.

Best one that I Have seen is this one from surplus center here is the valve and adapter plate. It is plenty for 10gpm.
