Info on Bobcat forestry mulcher

I'm posting this on behalf of a very good client who is wanting info on a Bobcat FRC60 forestry mulcher which is going to auction. Info required, who makes them, there performance and running costs. If he buys it will be going on a T870 which has the forestry package. I want to read the good, bad and ugly.

It's a Fecon built head branded by Bobcat. The teeth have a specific bolt pattern only available through bobcat which means the price of replacement teeth will be over double.

Tony wants to know the difference in rotor diameter between bobcat & FAE rotors on same size mulcher head. From "her indoors who must be obeyed"-so he says.

We had one. Put over 3000 hours on it. Changed 1 drive belt and 1 motor seal. That's it other than teeth.

Greens is correct. Made by fecon, but special teeth only available through Bobcat. The price fluctuated from $130 - $190 per tooth during the time we had ours. For this reason alone I wouldn't have another one no matter how cheap it was.

It will also require the electrical connection. They get torn off all the time and best I remember a new pigtail is about $200.
