Info on a Simplicity Broadmoor

Does anyone own one of these? I saw a 2001 with 159 hours. It has a 18 hp BS and a 50" deck. It is supposed to be a heavy LT but I've never heard of it. The dealer is asking $ 1995 and claims it was traded in. Any info before I go back there would be great.

Simplicity Broadmoor have been around forever. They have been updated several times over the years. They are one of the best tractors in their class and 159 hours is pretty low for this machine. Not sure about the pricing on a used 2001. If in good shape, it might be worth what they are asking. New they list for around $4500 but often for sale for around $4000 for the 50" deck model.
