Why are most of you bashing him for not accepting w/e the dealer decided to send? Wherever that machine came from, the dealership should have been completely embarrassed and apologetic about delivering "new" in any condition other than complete, clean and serviced ready to work.
The owners, sales, service and delivery all skipped the fact this "new" piece of equipment wasn't ready to be delivered.

The OP isn't pissed at the machine, the dealer experience screwed the whole deal.

Because he is complaining about pennies while burning $100 in the process.
loosing 0% and a deal being made to get a machine he wanted while complaining about 7.1 hrs and some dirt. dirt could have been rectified by the good dealer and a honest sit down of where did these 7 hrs come from

So your theory is they washed and waxed the blade and only the blade? Or they replaced the entire blade assembly?

It’s not absolutely spotless it’s almost as dirty as the rest of the machine plus it’s up under the machine that would keep it cleaner. Do you have a shred of evidence besides being slightly cleaner that they changed the blade? If the most careful mechanic in the world changed the blade don’t you think they would have hit the whole machine with a power washer when they were done? The next fault in your theory is why would you change a blade to start with? If it was delivered so jacked up that the only solution was swapping it do you really think it took 7 hours to identify? A blade is a pretty simple tool and it if was jacked up you would know right away not 7 hours later.
