I guess I wasn't as clear as I wanted to be. I was assuming that Wickman's stand was still down and that he couldn't get the boom up higher using the hydraulics (I've had this happen to me -- the area I store my loader is behind my shed, it is covered with bark mulch. So the two feet of the loader stand don't dig in, I rest them on a 4x4. Because the two feet are rounded, they have slipped off). I actually was suggesting that two friends lift the loader and block the stand. Then when everyone is out of the way, use the hydraulics. Again, this might not be the situation Wickman experienced, but it might be.
