I spotted this 1250 on Craigslist about 6 miles from here. It's from the 70s, the retired owner had it for years and his hobby is restoring garden tractors. It has original decals and I saw "before" pictures, really good condition. The quick attach 44" mower deck I'm getting with it. Kohler 12hp hydrostatic drive. It runs like new.
He also has a 1000 10hp manual for sale.
Cast iron differential, heavy duty throughout.
I needed it like a hole in the head!

Beautiful job. Reminds me of my first Cub, a 1978 1450 with 44 inch deck. They were built by IH back then and not MTD.

Just the 1250 hydro. The 1000 still for sale, it's just as nice. There are some extra things that go with it I didn't show.
