Thank you for your response, I appreciate the information. I think I am going to keep it, the extra 1 pound in weight is a small compromise for a better air filter design and translucent fuel and chain oil tanks. Not sure what year the saw in your photos is, but they have changed a few things on their latest saw. The fuel tank assembly has a different shape and the break assembly cover is now a 2 piece design. View attachment 4182943View attachment 4182944View attachment 4182945View attachment 4182946
I went with the Champion plug, its easy to find in most hardware stores around me. The G2500 saw ran great out of the box, just some slight carb tweaks and it ran perfect for the first tank full of gas. I need to turn down the bar oiler, I noticed it was slinging an excessive amount of oil and it was dripping on my boots. Thanks for all your help and also for the Zenoah motor PDF.OEM RCJ7Y so I would do BPMR7A.
Heck I put a champion in my clone VM 2511 over ngk. Just been having bad luck with them.
Wish I could find Denso to fit my smaller plug saws ope.
German made Bosch was best plug ever for ope imo. But long gone are German made.

It's just a 5/32 file. Nothing special to use, same as 3/8LP file.Just had the little ripper out today. That Egan pipe is loud, I love it.
Need to sharpen the chain a bit, what is the best option for the .325 Nano setup?
Looking at the Oregon file set, seems the best option

You prob already have on hand if you owned 3/8LP saws before.

You do what you want. If you believe those folks be my guest.I've read contradictory info. Saying trh 3/8LP uses a 4mm and the .325 uses a 4.8mm file
