Can you provide more details on how you installed this valve? Specially how it's connected to the system? A couple pictures may help too.

An RD522, rated at 25GPM, is an awful big valve for your tractor. You really want something rated around 10 GPM or so. This will provide much better fine control over that high GPM valve.

I did reposition the valve and switched two hoses but no change.
I will wait for your reply before I continue.
Thank you!

Do I see a “tee” fitting in both of the lines to the new valve? I belief MF1528 has fixed displacement pump so all valves must be connected in series. You need to connect power beyond of existing valve to pressure on new valve. Tank lines can be teed together.

I only see two hoses to the new valve so presume no power beyond on that valve.

What do I do with the other line that is connected to the Tee of the power beyond?

You need to get rid of the tee on the existing power beyond fitting. You need a power beyond sleeve in the new valve (and yes, It's way too big for your application) and a third line from that valve for a sump return. Sump return is the ONLY place a tee can be used in this type of circuit. As oldnslo stated, all valves MUST be plumbed in series.
