hydrolics jd 4240s

Hi, perhaps somebody can put me on the right track.
I have a jd 4240 en over the years, i had to make more turns for making a turn. Now, when the motor is on temperature, the steering wheel turns but the tractor does not react.
The rest of hydraulics works fine.
Where do i start looking for the problem? In the steering valve linked to the steering wheel or in the control valve on top of the motor?

With the limited information but having to turn the wheel more revolutions to make a turn it sounds like a steering motor valve.

I have attached the steering section from the JD 4400 series tractors WSM.

You will note that there are different types of steering systems depending upon transmission, etc.

There is a section near the end on testing.
