Hydrolics Bouncing When Lifting Implements

I am new to tractors so my knowledge base is crap. I just picked up a used Mitubishi D2350. The implements lower fine but vibrate violently when I raise slowely. Fluid was low so I added two gallons. Didn't seem to help the problem. Filter reservoir is only half full and apprears to have bubles (if that means anything). Can't find any leaks. I would be greatful for any advice

If it was low and now you see bubbles it is likely air entraped in the system. USe it. Cycle it several times and see if it goes away
