I seem to pop a hose every year or two and have always gotten a new one from the local tractor dealer. They were out of fittings the other day so I went up the road to NAPA and gave them a try. $57 dollars later I had a new hose for exactly twice what I had paid at the dealer last time. Where do you get Your hoses?

Motor Supply in my area has everything, there hoses are better than the dealers for almost half the cost.

I go to a local hydraulic fittings shop for stuff like that. Custom hoses there cost about 25% more than DiscountHydraulicHose.com after taking shipping into account.

What kind of fittings do we have on our hoses?

That's exactly why I've taken all my leaking hoses (about 4 or 5 since 2009) to the local Colliflower hydraulic store. I put it down on the counter, he picks it up, does some magic, I give him some money and I'm done. I think once I had to wait for another customer.
