Hi All,
I hope this is the right site and place to discuss this. I have a White ZT-54 mower with a ZT-2800 tranny set. I bought it used a couple years ago with only 15hrs on it. A couple months into using it, I noticed the left side would start not wanting to pull forward or backwards once the machine got hot. I could let it cool and it would be fine. It started to happen more often so I changed the oil in both and replace it with 20w50 as the manual stated. This seemed to fix the problem until late last season. The entire left side seems weak now all the time. I changed the oil again but it really didn't help. The belt isn't slipping and break isn't hanging. It almost seems like the further I move the stick forward, the noisier the transmission gets and the slower it gets. Does this sound like a pump issue?
