It appears that your loader has either some QD connection problems or a faulty spool.
Do you have float?
Same situation with the BH spools.
Can you observe whether the spool shaft is moving in and out of the bore the same amount?
Do all return hoses have a free path to tank.
What position is the 3pt lever? Should be in neutral.
Some tractors 3pt levers will return to neutral automatically, and others are friction levers and stay where you left them.
You might consider a hyd gage and use it to check pressures.
