Hydraulics MTE2000D

I've got a MTE2000D and my loader will raise and extend(dump) but does not want to lower or retract. Can someone give me a good places to start. Not low on fluid and filter is clean.

If I understand right, your loader arm cylinders will lift (extend) but wont retract and the bucket cylinders will extend but not retract. Correct?
This means the retract function isn't working on 2 separate valve spools.
If it has quick connects I would take them off and reseat them. They are notorious for appearing seated but aren't.
