Bought a new 1552 Massey Ferguson 2 weeks ago. Developed hydraulic leak(severe) yesterday in joy stick control panel. Any one else had this problem?

I haven't heard of anyone with a leak in that specific place. Most of the time, it will just be a loose fitting. A wrench and a couple of minutes normally takes care of the problem on a new tractor.

I had that problem on a B7500 Kubota that I previously owned, it turned out that a QD fitting was not tight enough on a line. I had two other very obvious (busted flexible FEL hoses) hydraulic leaks in the next three years of ownership.
I have had two hydraulic leaks on my L2800.. one on a FEL hose fitting (loose) and the other on my BH75 (backhoe) and it also was a loose fitting.
Hydraulic leaks are going to happen from time to time.

My new John Deere 2320 developed a severe hydraulic leak at 7 hours. Dealer took care of it under warranty although it was probably my fault it happened. It can happen to all brands of tractors at anytime interval. My tractor is working well now.
