Welcome to TBN:D

Two things to check:
-That your rockshaft lever is centered (the lever that controls the 3PH)
-Unplug and re-seat any and all QD's (quick disconnects) on the hydraulic lines, especially if you have a backhoe plumbed.

Short of that, you will need to get a gauge and see if the pump is working.

Does the engine sound like it is under load? Any squealing noise?

Problem is solved. There was a cut in the hydraulic air return hose.We replaced the hose and everthing works great.I have heard this is a common problem on Kubota L2800 tractor. Thanks for your help KennyD.
