Hi everyone,question on a 250 Belarus the loader seams week is there anyway to up the hydraulic pressure

On any loader, when it seems weak, there are several things to look at first.
Is your hydraulic filter clean?
Does the loader hold in the lifted position and stay there? If not, the cylinders may have internal leakage.
Lastly, is the pump worn out? A pressure gauge is needed to find out what you have and whether it can be adjusted to specs.

And you need specs on what pressure system was designed to use.....

It's easy to put a hydraulic "Tee" next to the FEL control valve. Then you can monitor system pressure and answer your own question.
Put the Tee where the pressure line from the pump enters the IN on the control valve. The gauge itself can be a 5000 psi glycerin damped type from the hardware store.
Most hydraulic systems are deliberately limited by the setting on the relief valve. Somewhere between 2000 and 2800 psi sytem pressure is common today. Most tractor hose & fitting components that do not have sudden shock loads are rated for 3000 psi constant duty.
Reaching the pressure is also dependent on the pump. Older tractors from 50 years ago in the USA worked at 1200 to 1500 psi. Some 3rd world imports still work at those lower pressures.
Lower pressures work fine as long as the cylinders are larger diameter to compensate. The force is the same whether doing then lifting with pressure or cylinder diameter.
