hydraulic pressure ?

looking at a old 2010 to buy ....... owner says "Hydraulic issue where once in awhile once it warms up the hydraulics have little power, let it cool down and it's fine again. Doesn't always have this issue, was told it needs the hydraulic filter replaced. " Any thoughts from the all knowing and wise ones on the forum ?

2010's built in '60-'65 were know as the sorriest tractors JD ever built and diesel engine models were the WORST. They had weak brakes and hyd systems when NEW. RUN FORREST RUN!!!!!!!!
