I'm looking at picking up a test kit for my Ford 250C. The power steering isn't what it should be and the pto doesn't work properly and I need it to diagnose the issues. What kit and or Fitting would be recommended for these series tractors (tractor is a 94)? Hoping to stay at or around $100.

I don't know your tractor, but doesn't the PTO run directly off the gearbox? No hydraulics.

As for the PS, the simplest way to go is to get a 3000-5000 psi gauge ($20), and the fittings
necessary to connect it to the end of one PS hose. Then disconnect the hose with
the steering turned to the end of its travel. Start the tractor and try steering in that
same direction. There are 2 ways to do this, so do it the the correct way.

If you did lots of tests, then plumbing a TEE fitting between the hose and cyl would
be a better, but a more expensive way to go.
