Hydraulic linear rotator for snowblower

This design has been tested for over 10 years with no failures. I built the frame from 2x2x1/4 angle iron and bolted the assembly in place. The pulleys are 1/4" capacity rated at 500LBS. The cylinder is a 2"x8" tierod ag grade, and the cable is 1/4". The rotation time is around 1.8 seconds for 240 degrees.
