Hydraulic fittings for 1300D

I would like to know where I could find the right fittings for my 1300D. I need to cut the high pressure line coming out of the pump I need to weld/braze a 3/8ths fitting on each cut end. I have looked at www.hydraulicfittings.com , but can't figure out what I am looking at. Any help would be greatly appreciated so that I can finish this project.

Mike, I can send you 3/8" hyd. fittings. I would use female fittings and run a die over your steel line, then screw the fitting on, then perhaps braze it in place. Gary J.

Hondo,
The lines on the 1300D are probably a metric size. You can get metric compression and braze type fittings. I'm sure there is a way to adapt the metric to the 3/8.

Weatherhead makes a 3/8 x compression adapter.
#C-516x8x12 with adapter ferrel to fit #7255x8. I get mine from a NAPA store in Mayfield KY. I have used them several times without a problem. Be sure and use a tubing cutter not a hack saw to cut your lines.
