Hydraulic ends

I have flat end hydraulic fittings on skid steer & mini excavator. Can I buy a fitting that fits the flat end and adapts down to a pioneer end?

I doubt you can do it in one fitting, but screwing two together should be easy.

These are just examples of course.. but go flat face (ISO 16028 to NPTF male nipple with hex flats to AG (parker 4000 or ISO 5675) in the size you need probably at least 1/2 inch. Use either teflon paste dope or the locktite made for pipe no. 545
