To relieve the pressure on the tractor side or the female disconnect put it in float....... male side is easy as I stated above.... jim

Or shut the tractor off and move any of the hydraulic control levers with anything connected to them back and forth a few times to relieve any excess pressure, after doing that the hoses should be very easy to connect or disconnect

I loosen the quick connects with two wrenches. I do not park implements in the sun, but on hot days they still pressurize.

A single point hook up solves this problem. I would always bump mine on the loader bracket but those days are over.
