Just bought taylor-way 3 point backhoe. one lever that lowers the foot is very hard to move. It takes two hands to move. any advise. thanks

First thing I'd check is the pivot point of the lever. It is possible that there is a rusted bolt or bushing there. If that doesn't do the trick, it may be something inside the valve body. Is the relief valve buzzing when you extend or pull back the cylinder in question? If yes, it may be an obstructed line, bad cylinder packing, or bad valve mechanism, or an obstruction somewhere.

Pull the handle off.. see if the spool itself is hard to move..
