HuchMaster RPN Offset Disk

Bought this disc and have identified it as a HutchMaster RPN8. ID Tag is damaged, the SN ends with 138 and it says ROYAL. I have found the owners manual for this disc on line and printed the pages. The discs on the leading edge of the front and trailing edge of the back gangs are broken and it appears as if they are a different size than the rest. The parts list has 6 sizes for the front gang, from 26 " blade .250 3 1/2 concave to 24,.203 3" concave with cutout. The rear gang lists 13 sizes from 26".250, 4" concave to 16" .148, 1 1/2 concave with cutout. Pictures of the disc show the trailing edge of the rear gang has smaller discs.

Can someone give me more information? Why the smaller diameter disks?

By trailing edge do you mean the outer most blade? If yes some manufactures use a smaller disc to reduce the size of furrow or ridge created by last disc for smoother finish on the field.

Also if anyone ever rebuilt the disc they probably took the two best disc pans and put them on as the furrow filler disc. At least that is what I have always done everytime I have rebuilt a harrow, so the worn older disc will naturally be smaller than the new.

I was hoping somebody had one of these discs.

On the rear gang, the trailing edge has 3 smaller disks and the end one is a half disk, supposed to feather instead of windrow. On the front gang, the leading edge, I have found I am going to need a bearing and 3 disks. It has a 70mm (1 3/4) axel. Where might I find them? I am going to call Will-Rich in ND.
