Has anybody had any dealings with these people? I ordered a water pump for my NH TC 35a back on 9/11 . I got a email stating my order had shipped, but have not received it yet, nor will they answer the telephone or emails. They have charged my credit card so I know I could dispute the charges and get my money returned. I was just wondering if anybody else may have been scammed?

We'll after nearly 1 month the part final showed up from this company still no communications or explanation. We called them 2 times a day for two weeks and left messages and emails. Glad it worked out but it will be the last time I do business with them due there lack of customer service.
