Howdy from south central Missouri

I am an old barn carpenter and I grew up on what we call a 'Gentleman Farm'. Less than 40 acres. I learned how to drive on a '42 Ford 8-N. I have repaired just about everything on that old tractor (mainly because we couldn't afford to hire someone to do it). My mom lost that tractor in a divorce and we bought a '53 Ferguson. When my son got a place of his own he bought a '53 8-N. He moved and 'stored' it at my house so I could keep the battery charged. As I got older I needed something to help my back so I found a Farm Pro 2425 with a front loader. Now I have to learn about diesel engines. I hope I can learn by reading the forums here and asking questions. Thanks for letting me join.
