Howard Rotovator Model P 40

Hi Folks,

My neighbor bought a Howard Rotovator, P 40. I looks pretty sturdy and he said it runs pretty quietly. Problem is that he needs a owners manual, and possibly a seal around the PTO shaft entry to the gear box. Does anybody know whee he might go to obtain these items?
