How Would You As A TBNer Cut A Metal Coffee Can?

I've found that the best tool I have to cut any sort of metal is the 15 amp Skill saw with a metal blade. I usually just use cheap disintegrating blades, of course much fancier options are available.

1. Put can in vice length wise and cut one side of can
2. spin can 180 degrees and cut other side.

Takes a few seconds and most of that will be positioning the coffee can.

I needed both halves intact, but without the ends. No flattening and tin snips and nibbles leave too much waste in my past experience.

The frozen ice filled idea was cool though.

The first response would have been better combined with the drill press one if it used a .22, but that would have taken a lot more set-up with backdrops and all and a lot better aim than I've ever had.

I would use a device that emits a bright beam of narrow light; we call it a "LASER" A.P.
