How to replace left rear stabilizer on Workmaster 33

Managed to sheer off the pin on the left stabilizer (MT40011602) on my Workmaster 33. I bought another one, but cannot get the bolts off. After trying a breaker bar and a small impact, I'm out of ideas. Did the factory locktite it? Are there any tricks to get the bolt's off?

After confirming with that these bolts are standard thread, I got a breaker bar helper (hunk of pipe) and got them off.

Or a lot of heat will loosen that too.
