How to remove 30" deck drive pully

The pully on my 30" deck separated from its center ring. How do I go about removing when center of it from the shaft?

I'm guessing a pittman arm puller or 3 flange jaw puller would do the trick if it's a press fit. If you have roll pins/or allen head bolts (set screws) in those holes, would need to remove them first.

Even if you just have a propane torch, heat the bottom and get some penetrant in there too. If it becomes too much, cut it w/ a zip wheel while protecting those threads.
