how slow for lawn rolling?

i am renting a 600 lb. vinyl lawn roller tomorrow (that is, 600 lb. when filled with water) --

what speed should i roll at with the RTV?

one pass, or a perp. pass afterwards?

Will depend on your lawn and how much effect you want from the roller.
My 600 pound roller is only about 12" diam, and the ground pressure is more than a 600 # roller that is 24" diam.

I can roll fast and not get near the "flattening" that I do if rolling slow.

So, don't see a good answer except to check your work and decide if is doing what you want it to do.
