How much HP?

I am converting a PTO driven manure spreader into a conveyor for my recycling biz. Just wondering what size elec motor it would require.It has to move plastic bottles approx. 5 ft from the ground into my baler. THANKS:thumbsup:

Plastic bottles are light, so a 2HP motor should by ample. You might want variable speed tho. Why not a cheap 5HP engine. HF has a good 6.5hp one for about $99. I think they sell a 3 or 4 horse too.
