That's a big advantage of electric powered anything compared to internal combustion engine powered equipment.... no exhaust indoors. At my former employer we had both propane and electric fork trucks. The propane were used to bring product in and out of the building. The electric to move it around inside the building. We had to have ventilation running constantly with the propane powered machines or the fumes would build up and make people sick pretty fast.

We had MUAs. We still had to have the ventilation fans running when the propane forklifts were running in the building.

AMU's to keep up with manufacturing/chemical processing is costly enough... Not like you can just have electrical process instead of a chemical process... so using electrical to not put in expensive air makeups is a win. This applies to small and large industrial manufacturing centres. Our latest AMU quote was 150k. AMU's have a tendency to not last in harsh environs as well.. food for thought.
