How do you secure JD2520 to trailer straps or chains

I use a combination of both, I put a chain in a "v" through the front center tie-down and spread out to the front axle ends. I then use 2-2" ratchet straps in the rear from the side tie-downs angled to a point right next to the drawbar on either side. I leave the tractor in neutral and use the rear straps to tighten the front chain then set the parking brake.
