How do you post full size pictures...

I figured out how to post pictures but they are real small until you click on it then after a few seconds a small "X" appears in lower right hand corner, if you click on it you get the full size picture: Like on this link:

Is there a way to post the pictures full size? If there is please explain step by step as I am not too computer savy

The way you posted is the best way. People who are interested in the picture can click on the thumbnail and see the full sized picture while those who aren't wont be bothered by a full size, inline picture.
