How do you Dry your Nuts?

I have been using stainless bowls on the hearth in front of the wood stove but I want air flow underneath which the bowls do not allow. This year I ordered some used donut trays on eBay and will make an oak rack to hold them a few inches apart and up higher for better heat. How does everyone else dry their nuts?

I prefer a heavy weight 100% cotton bath towel.

1x6 boards made into a frame (tray) with wire mesh on the bottom. Stack the trays and add a fan blowing into an empty tray on the bottom. The air flows up through all trays.

Neighbor runs black walnuts in a HF cement mixer with water to clean off the hulls. He then places them on trays made from screen that he has on his screened in back porch.

1/4" mesh screens nailed over 1x4 frame and placed so there is good air flow.
