How do I stop.....

Okay, how do I stop the email notifications for new post and replies???
I can't find the flip to switch it off.:mur:

To prevent future subscriptions from generating emails, go to http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/profile.php?do=editoptions, find the "Default Thread Subscription Mode" dropdown and change it so that it is not set to "Instantly Using Email" (I have mine set to "Through my control panel only")

To change existing subscriptions, go to http://tractorbynet.com/forums/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription (see TractorByNet Support FAQs - TractorByNet.com and scroll down to the "Managing Subscriptions/Finding Replies" section (most of the way down) if you need directions).

Once you do that, you can view unread threads that you have replied to from your "User Control Panel" which can be found at: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/usercp.php or by clicking on the "My Home" button at the top of the page.

Click on "My Home" above, then go down the column on the left side of the screen and click on "General Settings", then scroll down to "Default Thread Subscription Mode:" and apparently you want to select "Do not subscribe".
