How are you using your front PTO?

I'm considering the purchase of a 2554. I was thinking of using the front PTO for a snowblower (1500' driveway) and a Befco flail mower.

So what are you all using your front PTO for?

I have a DK40 and still have the gaurd on the front PTO.So I don't use it for anything yet.Maybe someday.

I considered getting a front snowblower for my DK45 but the cost was just too high. The front PTO runs at engine speed, which means that I cannot run the snowblower directly from it. I was told that the best snowblower setup for this type of PTO is a hydraulic blower using the front pto to drive the pump. The cost for this setup was $6500 vs $1800 for a rear pto blower. The rear blower also allows me to leave the FEL on for moving snow aroung buildings. The down side is having to look over my shoulder while I back down my 1/4 mile driveway when blowing snow.
