I know its been posted before, but what is that honking sound in the hydraulics when you roll the front bucket back to a stop and hold for a second? I've never cleaned the transmission strainer.

The relief valve on the hydraulic circuit.

It's probalby the relief valve as mentioned above...

But I just thougt it was a sound that all honky tractors made and so never thought about it... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Quit holding it for a second. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif When it gets to the stop, turn loose of the joystick. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Of course, that's assuming it is just the relief valve, and it sounds as if that's the case. But that just tells you it's working right; nothing to worry about.
