It looks like plowing but,he's really selecting sled dogs..the ones not sure footed enough are in the pile.

You are right. I was so focused on the one I didn't even see the other two.

A guy at the end of my road built something very similar but its a fork lift. He bought the lift part at a scrap yard and made the rest out of a old 4 cylinder Jeep. Its rear wheel steer and uses a power steering pump to run the fork lift part. Its slow but works. We used it to unload pallets of retaining wall blocks.

He told me he had less than $300 in it.
