On my 3038E with cab the transmission warms it pretty well. I put on a $9 harbor freight electric heater to de-fog the glass. It won't melt ice, but keeps it from fogging when I plow.

hrspwrranch, I have only used the tractor twice for snow removal since finishing the cab and window frost or fogging was not a problem. It was not real cold though. I will keep the heater in mind if frost or fogging does prove to be a problem. As I mentioned in an earlier post the cab is not very air tight at all. I wonder if this will help keep the frost from forming.
