Holding Solenoid

I want to:
Apply pressure (up to 2000 psi or so) by other means, hit a maintained electric switch, and have the pressure hold in that line until switch changed (- oh for $25!); a remote operated valve.
But yet reliably and inexpensively.
Suggestions?

You all were supposed know I was kidding about the $25.
Can anyone suggest a vendor/site?
And maybe nomenclature/basics I need to know?
My best guess would be (holding) solenoid, maybe 'electric over hydraulic' too?

I would suggest Surplus Center as well, particularity this one. Not knowing your voltage or flow requirements makes it a guess, but it's closest to budget.

That’s a recipe for trouble if installed on an open center system.

I don't get the "by other means" - why? Why not just use a electronic solenoid to open the hydraulic circuit and instead of using a momentary switch (like a typical third function setup) use a toggle switch so it'll stay open until you flip said toggle back?

For example:
12V DC Tandem Centre DO3 Directional Control Valve | Princess Auto

- That example has a neutral position (all circuits closed) and then open positions in either direction. (Like a rear remote on a tractor basically) So a 3 position toggle would operate it.
