I hear you there. Don't you hate when people find out you've got a bit of land and they immediately ask one of two questions:
-Do you have any horses? (Always women. I don't know why they think horses are so fantastic.)
or
-Can I go hunting on it? (Men for obvious reasons.)
The answer to both is always "no."
