It's not snowfall this time, but rainfall. I have measured 15.8" in 4 days. Most of that fell in about 5.5 hours Saturday afternoon when I got over 11". This morning (Monday) was another 3.2".
This pic was taken Saturday from my front yard. My house and shop did not flood, but many homes and businesses did.
