Here's a small step forward: Hinomoto was a big Japanese builder, now out of business. The good news is they built tractors widely sold in the US as the smaller models of Massey Ferguson, Allis Chalmers, and Simplicity, and there is still an active parts market supporting these. Here's a link to a model similar to yours.

I would dig around on Tractordata to see if an identical model to E362 was sold in the US. If so, it will have English-language documentation.

Being a Japanese tractor, the Chinese forum here on TBN won't be familiar with it. I suggest look in the Grey Market Tractors forum next door down the hall. I see other Hino owners participating there. Also searching the MF forum on 'Toyosha' (the engine trademark) might turn something up. There's information out there. You might even make inquiries in the Yanmar forum - at least two of our long time posters started out with a Hinomoto, spoke well of them, and may have links to information.
