On my backhoe
the up and down valve on my front bucket would go up fine but not come back only very very slow, I was messing around and spun the valve stem ( I suppose that's what it is called) 180 degrees and the problem reversed it went up slow and came down fast.
Is there an easy fix or something should I take it apart and try cleaning it?
