HF quick hitch too wide

/ HF quick hitch too wide #21
Also, the standards are somewhat recent from my understanding. All my implements are new CAT 1, so I've had no issues with my quick hitch. A lot of people with older gear have said theirs isn't compatible with a quick hitch without a some rebuilding of the implement. I hear Pat's quick hitch is better for compatibility with stuff that isn't quick hitch compatible. The 3pt is a pretty flexible system, so you can get away with some pretty non-standard sizes with a stock 3pt setup.

I can't say I'm that familiar with the pain of hitching up implements. After watching the dealer spend almost 10 minutes lining up the rotary cutter when I bought my gear I promptly ordered the quick hitch & didn't take the cutter off until it arrived. My borrowed post hole digger isn't quick hitch compatible (no 3pt PHD is I'm aware of) & it's a pain to pull off the quick hitch & put on the PHD. Personally I think it's worth the effort to get implements that are QH compatible or update old ones so they are.
